E-mail Encryption

THIS METHOD PROVIDES END TO END ENCRYPTION

THAT IS FROM THE SENDER PC TO THE RECEIVER

Steps:

1.Download thunderbird.

2.Add an account .

3.Download and install GnuPGP for windows

4.Install Enigmail from Thunderbird as an add-on

tools—-add-on’s

5.After installation OpenPGP menu is created in Thunderbird.

6.For two people to communicate using PGP ,public key encryption.

   They must share there public key ,whereas the private key should

   be  kept private.

7.How to create a Key pair in Thunderbird.

click openPGP in Thunderbird and —key management–generate

you get Two keys Public and Private,send your recipient

the public key and he should do the same.

8.To send keys click on openpgp–key management

than select your email ID

than click file–send public key by email

9.When you receive the Public key,download

    the attachment to desktop.

10.Next add this public key to your list of keys.

   Click openpgp–key management–import keys from file

go to  the location where it is and add it.

11.Both sender and recipient should follow the same steps.

   Public KEY is public and Private key is Private
